The mission of R.O.C.K. is to nurture the healthy development of children by listening attentively to their needs and by providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access. At R.O.C.K., we serve more than 900 children (grades K-12) with a framework that develops healthy social and emotional skills, instills strong academic behaviors, and broadens horizons. Our programs span the entire year and take place during the school day, after school, on weekends, and throughout the summer. Our mission is to help those searching for a cure for canine cancer by raising funds so that they may continue their efforts, and to help families in need fight early stage canine cancer by offering financial aid. Our hope is that one day humans will not have to feel the pain of losing their canine companions to such a heartbreaking disease. Our fundraising program looks for ways to get the public involved in creative events, while educating about ways to detect, avoid and treat canine cancer.
